Shell House, a true work of art by the team at Milestone, sits proudly on Manly’s Shelly Beach headland, seamlessly blending with the coastline. Curved and linear forms echo the bay, while laid-back interiors let the views do the talking. Sandstone walls roll inside, anchoring the home to the landscape. The lower level, all glass and stone, feels light on the land, while a 12-meter window frames Shelly’s ever-changing blues. The design keeps living spaces close to the water. Earthy materials and bronze accents tie the three levels together, creating a home that feels both solid and effortlessly floating above the sea.
